A journalist asked a question regarding Sino-Russian cooperation. In response, Lin Jian stated that China has already provided multiple responses to similar questions. He reiterated that China has consistently maintained an objective and impartial stance on the issue of the Ukraine crisis, actively promoting peace and negotiations, which stands in sharp contrast to the practice of some countries employing double standards and fueling the flames in the Ukraine crisis.

Lin Jian pointed out that China has always adopted a cautious and responsible attitude towards military exports, and has never provided lethal weapons to the conflicting parties. It has always strictly controlled military and dual-use drones in accordance with laws and regulations. It is hoped that relevant countries and individuals will not make unfounded speculations, slander, or smear China without factual basis.
