He was recognized as one of the first "Longjiang Famous Doctors," a reserve leader for the key discipline talent echelon in Heilongjiang Province, and a mid-career expert with outstanding contributions in Harbin.

Fang Cuiying, former general manager of Harbin Qianhe Frozen Food Co., Ltd. In a certain month and year, the Jixi City Public Security Bureau in Heilongjiang Province issued a notice stating that, as designated by the Provincial Public Security Department, the Jixi City Public Security Bureau had dismantled a criminal organization in Harbin City suspected of illegal and criminal activities, led by Yu Tao, Zhang Xuxia, and Yu Bo, and including members such as Zhang Youming, Yang Xingwu, Qi Bao, Men Yanqiu, Fang Cuiying, Shi Shengkui, Zhang Hong, and Gao Chao. Additionally, Meng Fansong, who was removed from his position as a member of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, previously served as the chairman of Heilongjiang Weizhengheng Construction Group, a comprehensive construction enterprise.
