The comprehensive selection process for Air Force pilot recruitment has officially begun! The "interviewers" have arrived →
Recently, the annual Air Force pilot recruitment selection process has been fully launched. This year's recruitment has introduced new technologies and equipment.
AI deeply integrated into pilot recruitment selection. The final stage of pilot recruitment selection, known as the "recruitment final selection," primarily includes medical selection and psychological selection. The medical selection involves multiple tests, mainly focusing on comprehensive predictions and assessments of long-term health and human-machine compatibility.
In recent years, the introduction of new aircraft and equipment has placed higher demands on the physical and psychological qualities of flight personnel, prompting the Air Force to continuously enhance the scientific precision of its pilot selection process. This year's recruitment has incorporated new technologies and equipment, such as contact-free body shape measurement, wearable dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring, and AI-assisted interview decision-making.
Air Force recruitment expert Zhang Yishuang explained: "The intelligent assistance system is deeply integrated into the entire interview process, truly realizing a new paradigm of precise selection—'letting technology read the body, allowing experts to focus on human nature.'" Artificial intelligence plays multiple roles as a precise evaluator, data analyst, and bridge for human-machine collaboration by interpreting candidates' physical signals, penetrating psychological appearances, and predicting long-term risks. The recruitment process has also been upgraded to a dual-engine model of "data intelligence + human insight."
Starting from mid-month, the Air Force has been conducting final pilot selection assessments in multiple locations. It is reported that from mid-month to the end of the month, the Air Force will set up assessment stations in cities such as Guangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Shijiazhuang, Jinan, and Shenyang. These stations will host high school seniors who have previously undergone preliminary pilot selection and are estimated to achieve strong college entrance exam scores. In mid-to-late month, the Air Force will also establish assessment stations in Beijing, Jinan, and other cities to provide a one-stop green channel for pilot selection to outstanding high school graduates with exceptional college entrance exam results.
Wishing your dreams come true!
