It is reported that this is the first high-quality development evaluation standard in the iron and steel industry, which will serve as an important basis for evaluating the high-quality development level of iron and steel enterprises in Hebei Province in the future, and is bound to significantly promote the high-quality development of iron and steel enterprises in Hebei Province.

The main technical content of the standard includes basic requirements, evaluation index system and its value rules, rules for forming evaluation results, evaluation procedures, and preparation of evaluation reports.
