The standard 20-foot energy storage and liquid-cooled container has a capacity of 5.015 MWh., equipped with a 5MW series converter and booster integrated machine, covering all energy storage application scenarios, is grid-friendly, tens of thousands of module group control, is extremely safe, and reduces the four core values of LCOS. From safety, cost, efficiency, configuration, Significant optimization and improvement have been achieved in multiple dimensions such as operation and maintenance.

It is reported that TBEA New Energy relies on more than 30 years of power system service experience to achieve active support capabilities in extremely weak power grids with SCR≤1.0 in grid-type energy storage systems, which is higher than the industry's excellent level (SCR1.2), ensuring that the system is stable in weak power grids and other harsh environments. It adopts hybrid synchronization technology, virtual admittance control and free reconfiguration of the network, ms-level switching, and virtual admittance control effectively solves the problem of multi-machine parallel resonance. The 5MW series converter and booster integrated machine can support up to 36 modules parallel, which is higher than the industry's 24 module parallel level. The system has functions such as network construction, black start, inertia support, off-network operation, fault ride through under the condition of SCR≤1.0, continuous high and low penetration, rapid reactive response at low penetration of the network, and 3 times reactive current support, ensuring a high proportion of new energy. The magnitude control system technology originates from TBEA's innovative technologies of new energy flexible DC transmission converter valves and SVG, and is migrated to the energy storage system with the same platform and architecture. The million-level new module group control technology architecture realizes station-level network operation, reliable synchronization of massive PCSs, and the cluster has the external characteristics of "single machine". The system adopts TBEA's customized optical fiber communication method, with a communication delay of ≤20μs, which is much lower than that of the industry. ms-level communication delay realizes millisecond-level closed-loop control of energy storage power stations.

In terms of structural safety, the tandem PCS has IP66 protection, C5 corrosion resistance rating, no derating at an altitude of 4000 meters, a 20-foot container battery compartment and electrical compartment are physically isolated in zoning, and equipped with active/passive explosion-proof and pressure relief design of the system; in terms of fire safety, PACK level detection Multiple protections such as composite detection, BMS and fire protection), PACK level spraying (which can support multiple spraying), cabin level detection, cabin level spraying, water spray fire protection and aerosol fire protection ensure the safety of the energy storage system; In terms of electrical safety, the system is equipped with X+1 multi-layer security protection, PACK level fuses, four-level link isolation, etc., providing users with all-round and ultimate safety guarantees.

The energy density of the 20-foot 5MWh liquid-cooled battery container is increased by 49.2%, the floor area is reduced by 20%, the auxiliary power consumption is reduced by 10%, and the cycle life is increased by 10%. The network-type cascade liquid-cooled energy storage system can increase the discharge capacity by 8%, and the LCOS of the entire station is reduced by 6.5% or more, maximizing the benefits of the energy storage power station.
