In order to standardize the division of distribution areas for the incremental distribution business and actively and steadily advance the reform of the incremental distribution business, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have revised the "Implementation Measures for the Division of Distribution Areas for the Incremental Distribution Business." This is hereby issued to you for your compliance with implementation. The "Implementation Measures for the Division of Distribution Areas for the Incremental Distribution Business (Trial)" (Development and Reform Energy Regulations [2018] No. 424) are hereby abolished.
