Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Management Co., Ltd., head of the Assessment and Distribution Department (Safety Management Department) of Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (temporary position), and vice president, member of the Party Committee, and member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenzhen Energy Group Co., Ltd.
