Professor Zheng Yongnian said in his speech at the Special Symposium on the Development and Governance of Artificial Intelligence that the development and governance of artificial intelligence must develop and progress simultaneously. In the field of AI, the United States and China are actually complementary, each with their own comparative advantages, and can learn from each other. In terms of governance, the international community needs the two countries, China and the United States, to cooperate in the field of AI governance. The most important thing about Internet AI is to be open. China should learn from the United States through openness and develop; the United States should learn from China's supervision and governance, and make progress together.
