In order to ensure that the loading and unloading truck transportation of my mine's electromechanical equipment before going into the well and the underground transportation work are carried out smoothly on schedule, the following safety technical measures have been formulated.:
1. Ground-mounted flatbed truck
loading method:
① When installing U-grooves in a fully mechanized mining face, each vehicle shall not exceed 7 pieces, and each floor has two pieces for a total of 3 floors. Put a piece on the top and press it in the middle to press all U-grooves. The front and back must be placed neatly.
② When loading the flatbed truck, a small lifting crane must be used, two Φ 18.5mm special steel wire ropes and 4 "S"-shaped hooks must be used to lift and load the truck. At the same time, the main person in charge must be commanded by the unified command and safely placed in the flatbed truck.
③ The slider head, gearbox, loader, electrical equipment, etc. must be sub-packaged and transported. When the object exceeds the transportation weight of the flatbed truck, it must be disassembled and sub-packaged and transported. Each disassembled part must be numbered and loaded in order. Each vehicle can only install one piece of large-scale electromechanical equipment.
④ All lifting appliances and tools must meet the lifting weight requirements. Lifting appliances such as fastening wire rope clips, guide chains, and pulleys must be directly selected according to the lifting weight. Non-destructive tensile forces must be carried out on self-made parts such as "S" hooks before lifting. Test to ensure lifting safety.
bundling method
① When loading parts such as slider head, tail, loader head, slider U-groove, etc., the flatbed must be placed on the flatbed. After loading, Φ 18.5mm steel wire rope cord buckle and flower rail screws must be used to bind for 2 times. When binding, use guide chains to pre-tighten first, and then use flower rail screws to bind until the binding is firm.
② All wire ropes, guide chains, and flower fence screws used to bind equipment must be new products (ensure quality meets standards). The bundling of large equipment shall not be less than 5 tons of guide chains for tightening and bundling.
③ For parts with irregular shapes, they must be padded stably and leveled with square wooden boards, and the surrounding sides of round parts must be plugged tightly and tied firmly.
④ For equipment with edges, used belts should be placed at the edges and corners when bundling to prevent the edges and corners from damaging the equipment or damaging the fastened steel wire rope to ensure the bundling quality.
security measures
① When loading on the ground, there must be a special person to command uniformly. When commanding, the signal must be clear and the gesture must be clear. The signal is whistles, and the signal is specified as "one stop, two up, and three down"; when using gestures,"to the left" when swinging the left hand "," to the right "when swinging the right hand.
② The integrity of the equipment must be checked before loading, and imperfect equipment shall not be loaded.
③ Before lifting the equipment each time, a person in charge on duty must conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lifting equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to use it if it is unqualified. Before lifting the equipment, test lifting must be carried out first. When the test lifting height reaches 100mm, the lifting shall be stopped. The person in charge shall check the safety of the lifting equipment and can continue lifting after confirming that there is no error. No one is allowed to work, stay or walk under and around the equipment during lifting the equipment.
④ When equipment is loaded into flat cars, it is necessary to ensure that the center of gravity of the equipment coincides with the center of the flat car to prevent falling off during transportation.
③ When loading large equipment on the flatbed, tie a thick rope at the front and rear of the equipment and use manual pulling to adjust the direction of the large equipment. The center of gravity of the equipment must be maintained stable with the flatbed.
④ When lowering the electromechanical equipment, the driver of the main winch on the ground must listen to the signal clearly and ensure that the speed of lowering the material shall not exceed 1.5m/s, and that the material shall be lowered at a uniform speed, and it is not allowed to be either fast or slow. Party B will fall off the road during transportation and a rollover accident will occur.
2. Underground tunnel transportation

② When placing large equipment, the route is:When the main transportation lane 630 reaches 200, it will be diverted from the main transportation lane 630 to the auxiliary transportation lane 630 for transportation, and then diverted from the auxiliary transportation lane 630 to the belt lane 1101 until it is transported to the installation working face.
transportation method
① Transportation of small electromechanical equipment:When the mechanical and electrical equipment is transported to the bottom of the well, the hook worker will transport all the transported mechanical and electrical equipment one by one. The distance between the two vehicles must be guaranteed to be 20 meters. It is transported from the main transportation lane 630 to the entrance of Lane 2101 for parking, and then transported to the third level with a secondary circulation winch until it is transported to the installation face.
② Transportation of large-scale electromechanical equipment:When the mechanical and electrical equipment is transported to the bottom of the well, the hook worker will transport all the transported mechanical and electrical equipment one by one. The distance between the two vehicles must be guaranteed to be 20 meters. When walking from 630 main transportation lane to 200, the main transportation lane 630 is diverted to 630 auxiliary transportation lane for transportation, and then the auxiliary transportation lane 630 is diverted to 1101 belt lane until it is transported to the installation working face.
security measures
① All equipment will be transported by special personnel arranged by the underground transportation team.
② Before transportation, the on-duty electrician shall conduct a comprehensive inspection of the sound and light signals of all transportation lines, and promptly handle problems and safety hazards found.
③ The on-duty transport personnel inspect all tracks, and at the same time conduct a roving inspection of the flatbed trucks on the loading vehicle. In particular, they must conduct a comprehensive inspection of the large latches, safety ropes, and hooks to ensure that there is no error before transportation.
④ During the operation of transportation equipment, someone must follow the car. The car follower must pay close attention to the operation of the vehicle and the operation of the wire rope and immediately stop the car for inspection when any abnormalities are found.
③ Keep the distance between the following and the hook head at more than 5 meters behind the running vehicle. When the vehicle reaches the yard, wait until the vehicle stops steadily and move the vehicle arrester before removing the hook.
④ During each transportation, the person in charge of the shift and the following workers must check whether the binding and tightening around the wire ropes, flatbeds, latches, hooks, and equipment are loose, and handle and solve any abnormalities in a timely manner.
③ During the transportation process of equipment, self-protection and joint insurance must be taken care of, and problems must be stopped immediately for treatment.
When the equipment is transported to the destination, all flatbeds must be placed on car stoppers. For greater safety, a temporary car stopper is added in front of each flatbed truck. Only after confirming the placement can it be separated.
Before the equipment is put into the well, all personnel participating in the transportation shall carefully implement and study this measure by the main person in charge, and transport it strictly in accordance with the measures.
