The entire device is inspected once a day for the overhead passenger device, especially whether the motor and reducer couplings are in good condition; other equipment and facilities must be inspected periodically as stipulated in the management system, especially the safety inspection before operation, and safety confirmation can be carried out before operation.

3. Equipment and facilities are maintained in place. Equipment and facilities must be repaired in accordance with the equipment and facilities maintenance system, work must be carried out in accordance with the post responsibility system of equipment and facilities maintenance workers, and procedures must be carried out in accordance with equipment and facilities maintenance procedures.

4. The driver is certified to operate in place. Drivers of electric locomotives, dispatching winches, column return winches, endless rope winches, monorail cranes, trackless rubber-tyred trucks, and stuck rail trucks must be trained, passed the examination and obtained an operating qualification certificate before they can operate.

5. The signaling device is installed in place. Each tunnel must be equipped with signaling devices in accordance with standards, with dot and communication functions; in the tunnel of endless rope winch, leakage communication devices should be installed; auxiliary vertical shafts and auxiliary inclined shafts should be equipped with signal and control loop locks, and there should be backup signals; Each lower yard must have an escape chamber.

6. Track quality is laid in place. 30kg/m rails should be installed in auxiliary inclined shafts, bottom yards, track lanes, and mining area track lanes, and no less than 18kg/m rails should be installed in other lanes; the specifications and materials of the sleeper meet the requirements, and the track joints, levels, and heights meet the requirements. 7. Steel wire rope management is in place. The wire rope of the auxiliary shaft hoist is checked once a day, the wire rope of the overhead passenger device is checked once a week, and the endless rope winch, dispatch winch, and column return winch are checked whether the wire rope is intact or scrapped before starting.

8. The safe distance from the roadway is in place. The height and width of the roadway are directly related to the safe distance of transportation equipment and facilities, especially the width of the roadway, the width of the belt conveyor, and the safe distance on both sides of the tram meet the requirements.

9. Strictly close the roadway in place. Auxiliary inclined shafts, track lanes, and track lanes in mining areas should be closed for management. In particular, the transportation lanes of mining faces should be strictly closed for management. The regulations that "pedestrians should not drive, and people should not be allowed to drive" and that no one should be allowed in the traction area must be implemented.

10. Supervision by leading cadres is in place. Leading cadres at all levels follow up on their posts. In particular, transportation management personnel must investigate hidden dangers of transportation route problems, analyze and judge risks, formulate measures for timely rectification, and ensure the safe operation of auxiliary transportation.
