On March 21, the Public Security Bureau of Feixiang District, Handan City, submitted a request to the procuratorate for approval and prosecution of Zhang Moumou, Li Moumou and Ma Moumou suspected of intentional homicide.

The procuratorate reviewed and found that Zhang Moumou, Li Moumou and Ma Moumou were over 12 years old but less than 14 years old when they committed the crime. They deliberately killed the victim Wang Moumou, and the circumstances were serious and should be investigated for criminal responsibility. According to the provisions of Article 17, paragraph 3, of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, the procuratorate of Hebei Province reported to the Supreme People's Procuratorate level by level to approve the prosecution of Zhang Moumou, Li and Ma Moumou.

Recently, after review by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, it was decided to approve the prosecution of criminal suspects Zhang Moumou, Li and Ma Moumou in accordance with the law.
