According to a report by the World Wide Web, citing Taiwan's China Times News Network on April 2, the Taiwan Army's "Kinmen Defense Command"(referred to as the "Kinmen Defense Department") was originally expected to start on April 2 on Kinmen Island, Lieyu Island, Tigu Island, Houyu Island and other places to conduct ground weapons live-fire drills on the sea, but it has now been decided to suspend them.
According to reports, the "Ministry of Defense of the Republic of China" said that shooting at sea has temporarily been changed to shooting training at land shooting range due to concerns about provocation and the coming of the fog season.
