3 月20日，国家能源局发布12月份全社会用电量等数据。
12月，全社会用电量累计15316亿千瓦时，同比增长11.0%，其中规模以上工业发电量为14870亿千瓦时。从分产业用电看，第一产业用电量192亿千瓦时，同比增长11.1%；第二产业用电量9520亿千瓦时，同比增长9.7%；第三产业用电量2869亿千瓦时，同比增长15.7%；城乡居民生活用电量2735亿千瓦时，同比增长10.5%。
