Previously, Zhao Yijiang held the positions of Party Committee Deputy Secretary and President of Huaiyin Normal University, while Zhao Xiangxiang served as a member of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President of the university.

Zhao Yijiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in Jiangsu Shuyang, holds a doctoral degree and is a professor and master's supervisor. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Zhao Yijiang has served as the Director of the Discipline Construction Office, Director of the Graduate School, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Standing Committee Member and Vice President, and Deputy Secretary and President of the Party Committee of Huaiyin Normal University. Zhao Yijiang primarily engages in teaching in the field of chemical engineering and research on new environmental functional materials. He has led multiple projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Jiangsu Science and Technology Support Program, Jiangsu "Six Talent Peaks" Program, and major projects in natural science research at Jiangsu universities. He has also completed several projects funded by the Provincial Department of Education and the Huai'an Science and Technology Development Program. Zhao Yijiang has published over 100 papers in domestic and international journals such as ., ..., .., ..., and Science Bulletin. On January 10, 2021, he was recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government as a "Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding Contributions in Jiangsu Province (Professional and Technical Talent)" in 2021.

Zhao Xiangxiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in Jiangsu Shuyang, holds a doctoral degree, is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and a member of the Communist Party of China. He has served as the deputy director of the Corn and Rape Department at Huaiyin Agricultural Science Research Institute, the dean of the School of Life Sciences at Huaiyin Normal University, and the standing committee member and vice president of Huaiyin Normal University. Zhao Xiangxiang's main research areas include crop genetic improvement and agricultural ecology. He has led over ten provincial and ministerial level projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation and sub-projects of major national science and technology projects. Currently, he is the executive deputy director of the Collaborative Innovation Center for Regional Modern Agriculture and Environmental Protection in the province, the head of the national first-class major in biotechnology, the leader of the provincial key discipline in ecology, the leader of the "Blue and Green Engineering" scientific and technological innovation team in provincial universities, the leader of the middle-aged and young academic leaders in provincial universities, and a training object of "High-level Talents" in the province.
