After working, I only understood after suffering from life:Going to school and reading turned out to be the easiest thing to do in my life. Whether to be bitter first and then sweet first or sweet first and then bitter first, once this choice in life is made, it will determine what kind of path to take next.

Reading made me understand that life is not easy. I consider myself a very stupid person. Since I started school, I have studied very hard. Because of poverty, my parents taught me since childhood to study hard to change my destiny. When working in the fields and digging in the hot corn fields, my face and arms were covered with scratches from corn leaves. At this time, my mother always murmured:Study hard and you won't have to suffer this crime in the future, otherwise you will have to deal with this land for the rest of your life. The high school entrance examination failed by one point, but the two college entrance examinations were still missing by more than ten points. I had to accept reality and go to college. I also completed my studies amid repeated complaints from my parents, left the hometown where I was born and raised, and started a new life in a foreign country.

Studying, growing and improving at work. In 2006, I joined Kunlun Logistics Company. At that time, the company had just transformed and opened up markets outside Xinjiang. The place I live in belongs to a suburban village. It is a two-story cement rough house with no air conditioning. In August, the hot and humid weather in the south kept me, a northerner, awake all night, and the sheets were soaked. Even so, I am still very optimistic, because the hardships I suffered as a child allowed me to bravely face these difficulties in front of me. Fortunately, the hardships in life are fading little by little, and the environment is changing little by little. I can't remember how many days and nights I spent working overtime. Behind the countless phone calls were my trust in myself and my responsibility to Party A's customers. The once-young and stubborn character is also gradually sharpening away the edges and corners and gradually growing and maturing. Work hard to solve difficulties at work, ask more, practice more, and remember more, understand that the workplace is not easy, and life requires work.

After working, the gap in academic qualifications quickly became apparent. Undergraduate students are hired in one year, but I need three years. Although the positions are the same, the difference in policies once again awakened the pain deep in my heart.

On this track of life, why can't I give myself a chance and try hard to catch up after the start and the first half? I chose to take the self-study exam because it costs the least and has the highest value, but it also requires the most hardship.

I don't want to go with the flow. I believe that I have the perseverance to persevere, because if I don't work hard, I will continue to fall behind halfway through life and always catch up with others. The company actively responded to the group's call and strived to create a learning-oriented enterprise. It has also introduced some incentive policies to encourage employees to read and study. This also created new opportunities for me.

In order to improve my business capabilities, for more than ten years, I feel like an ascetic monk. There are no weekends and holidays, and I spend every night alone with books. Whether it is cold or hot, I have always persisted. It was with this persistence that I received a diploma and degree certificate from Nanjing University. He has obtained the English certificate of economist, registered safety engineer, corporate legal adviser, national and group company professional titles, and is the first person to hire an intermediate professional title in his unit.

Since 2015, in order to strive for senior professional titles, I have combined my work experience to write and publish more than ten papers, participated in national, provincial and municipal competitions and won awards. After three failures, he finally passed the review in 2022 and became the first senior engineer in his unit and was hired to enjoy corresponding treatment. This is part of the rewards of hard learning. The most important gain is that I can understand and cherish the time.

Now if I don't read or think about something every day, I feel like my time is wasted. It is this habit that gives me an almost stubborn persistence in learning. Perhaps it was the regret of the two college entrance examinations that I couldn't let go. Perhaps only learning could allow me to speed up and catch up with the pace of progress.

A person does not choose what kind of family he is born in, but he can change his future path by reading. Reading brings me invisible confidence. I often think, if I had not persisted in learning at the beginning, what would I be like now? Paul said:When recalling the past, he will not regret wasting his time, nor will he be ashamed of doing nothing. I used to work very hard. Although I failed, I am persevering and will continue to persevere.

Everyone has ideals and pursuits, and has their own dreams. Over the past ten years, I have grown from a student who has left college to a business backbone. The company has given me this platform for me to display, and it is also the result of my persistence. You can't see a rainbow without experiencing wind and rain. There are no shortcuts in life. In addition to facing it bravely, you must be strong. No one can gain something without hard work. Life is a book that requires constant reading and understanding.
