In the third quarter, the Shagang Group earnestly implemented the spirit of the Group's mid-year work conference, particularly by focusing on the important thrust of learning the speech delivered by Mr. Shen Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shagang Group, at the Shagang Steel subgroup discussion.
