通知称，根据教育部《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（中华人民共和国教育部令第41号）第三十条及《华中科技大学研究生学籍管理实施细则》（校研【2022】3号）第十条、第三十六条、第三十七条和第三十八条有关规定，该院对在最长学习年限内未完成学业的研究生发送了《超最长学习年限拟退学处理告知书》，Some graduate students have neither responded within the specified time nor initiated the withdrawal procedures voluntarily. It is now proposed to process the withdrawal for these graduate students.

The public notice period is from: year-month-day to year-month-day.

The notice states that if students have objections, they may submit a written appeal to their respective departments within days from the date of receiving this notice. After the public announcement period ends, it will be considered that the "Notice of Proposed Dismissal for Exceeding Maximum Study Duration" has been delivered. Failure to appeal within the deadline will be deemed as no objection.
