According to CCTV News, on a specific date, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a federal law approving the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Russia and North Korea.

The treaty stipulates that both parties, in accordance with their respective national legislation and international obligations, will maintain and develop a comprehensive strategic partnership based on the principles of international law, including mutual respect for national sovereignty and territorial integrity, non-interference in internal affairs, equality, and other principles related to friendly and cooperative relations between states.

The treaty also stipulates that the two parties cooperate in combating international terrorism and ensuring international information security.

On the date, the Federation Council (upper house of parliament) of the Russian Federation voted to approve the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Russia and North Korea.

On the date, the treaty has been approved by the State Duma (the lower house of parliament) of Russia.
