Jilin Provincial Party Committee Organization Department released the pre-appointment publicity on the date.

Among them: Li Ming, male, Han ethnicity, born in month and year, with an in-service graduate degree, a member of the Communist Party of China, currently serving as the Deputy Mayor of Liaoyuan City, is proposed for appointment to a leading position at the departmental level.

Public information shows that Li Ming has served as a project revenue manager in the Commodity Revenue Management Division of the Planning and Control Department of FAW Car Co., Ltd., the head of the Financial Planning Group in the Mazda Business Division, and the head of the Independent Cost Control Group in the Cost Control Division; the Minister of Organization of the Communist Youth League Committee of China FAW Group Corporation, the Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, and the Director of the Party Construction Work Division; and the Deputy Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of Jilin Province.

In the month of the year, Li Ming served as the deputy mayor of Liaoyuan City, and is now being considered for a new position.
