Looking globally, changes in the world, the times, and history are unfolding in unprecedented ways, especially as the current global changes of the century are accelerating, with frequent local conflicts and turmoil, and external suppression and containment could escalate at any time. Domestically, China's economy faces many challenges in its continuous recovery and improvement, with numerous deep-seated contradictions that cannot be avoided or bypassed, and various "black swan" and "gray rhino" events could occur at any time.
