Liu Ying resigned as executive vice president of Tianqi Lithium Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Tianqi Lithium").
天齐锂业发布公告称，公司董事会于4月12日收到公司执行副总裁刘莹女士的书面辞职报告。Ms. Liu Ying applied to resign as Executive Vice President of the company due to personal reasons ，辞职后不再担任公司、公司控股子公司及参股公司任何职务。根据《公司法》《公司章程》等相关规定，刘莹女士的辞职不会影响公司正常运行，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
