The Huokou Reservoir Project in Luoyuan, Fujian Province was officially closed for water storage and officially entered the operation stage. The total storage capacity of the reservoir is 297 million cubic meters, and the total installed capacity of the supporting power station is 60 megawatts. The estimated annual power generation capacity is 160 million kilowatt-hours, and the maximum daily water supply capacity reaches 1.6 million tons.

3月21日， 经过6年多的建设，As one of the country's 172 major water conservancy projects for water conservation and water supply, 位于福建福州的罗源霍口水库工程正式下闸蓄水，标志着工程正式转入运营阶段。

罗源霍口水库工程是一座以供水为主，结合防洪、兼顾发电的大型水库。水库总库容2.97亿立方米，The total installed capacity of the supporting power station is 60 MW, and the annual power generation is expected to be 160 million kilowatt-hours ，日最大供水能力达160万吨，将进一步完善福州中心城区及罗源、连江、马尾等闽江北岸城市群“双水源”供水保障体系，同时将下游连江县城区的防洪标准由20年一遇提高到30年一遇。
