In January 2014, Gui 'an New District in Guizhou became the 8th national-level new district. Draw pictures on white paper and build cities on flat ground. In the past ten years, 4 220 kV substations, 14 220 kV lines, 8 110 kV substations, and 22 110 kV lines have been built and put into operation within Gui 'an New District. The annual electricity consumption has increased by more than 5 times, the transformer capacity has increased by 2.5 times, the length of transmission and distribution lines has increased by 1.48 times, the power supply reliability rate has reached 99.95%, and the power supply guarantee capacity has increased by 2.8 times.

Strong power grid enterprises have sufficient development momentum

Walking on Qing 'an Avenue in Gui' an New District, you can see a "bumblebee" standing. This is Guizhou's first high-voltage-level temporary electricity leasing product put into operation on May 21, 2021-Hengli 110 kV vehicle-mounted mobile substation. It is also the exclusive power supply customized by Guizhou Power Grid for the provincial key project Hengli Group Gui 'an New Area Intelligent New Materials Industrial Park, delivering a steady stream of electricity to Hengli Industrial Park. It can meet the continuous production and electricity consumption of more than 10,000 units of equipment for 24 hours a day.

On September 8, 2023, the first 220 kV full-cable project in Guizhou Province-the supporting 220 kV line project of the Guizhou Times Project was put into operation, providing sufficient power guarantee for the Guizhou New Energy Power and Energy Storage Battery Manufacturing Base Project in the Ningde Era.

In Gui 'an New District, with the settlement of a number of companies such as Zhongke Electric, Ningde Times, and BYD, the power load has increased significantly. Guizhou Power Grid "takes the pulse" of electricity demand and tailor-made electricity use solutions to help enterprises use electricity early and make good use of electricity.

At present, Guizhou Power Grid is comprehensively planning the development of power grids in Gui 'an New District, cooperating with the province to build a 500 kV grid with "three horizontal, two connected and one center." By 2025, a strong main network with a ring network as the main and three 220 kV substation as the backbone will be built in Gui' an New District.

Since 2013, the data centers of China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, Huawei, Tencent and other companies have successively settled in Gui 'an New District. This has become a natural "big computer room" for data storage and computing in Guizhou, and has become the world's largest gathering of large and very large data centers. One of the regions.

In order to better serve the development of the big data industry in Gui 'an New District and strive to improve the level of "access to electricity", Guizhou Power Grid has moved the service window forward to fully understand user needs, and improved work efficiency through the "series to parallel" multi-terminal synchronous working model. In January 2019, Guizhou Power Grid concentrated its advantages in the industry and established a "'Yunshang Gui 'an' Power Service Team "composed of multiple professional staff in Gui 'an Power Supply Bureau. In recent years, Gui 'an Power Supply Bureau has worked with relevant departments on many occasions to continuously improve the "joint office" mechanism and establish a "joint office" to promote the realization of power projects involving external line projects through the method of "regular consultation, joint deployment, and frequent sharing". The "three offices" services for administrative approval (accelerated office, parallel office, and committed filing office) have achieved an increase in the construction efficiency of power access projects in the new district by more than 30%.

In June 2023, Gui 'an New District realized the distribution network fault self-healing function, and the average self-healing action time for distribution network faults in Gui' an New District was shortened to minutes. In December 2023, Gui 'an Power Supply Bureau took the lead in realizing remote operation and maintenance of power grid secondary equipment within the China Southern Power Grid system, providing strong support for the high-quality development of Gui' an New District.

In addition, Guizhou Power Grid uses digital technology such as three-dimensional point cloud modeling of substations, autonomous inspection technology for route planning, infrared temperature measurement, cable circulation testing, remote live broadcast and remote control of aircraft patrol officers, and visualization platform for distribution network outage information in Gui 'an Power Supply Bureau., to provide enterprises with more efficient and intelligent power supply services.

After ten years of great changes, Gui 'an has been completely transformed!
