据广东省疾病预防控制中心消息10月21日至10月27日New reported cases of dengue fever in Guangdong Province

2024年第43周（10月21日至10月27日），**广东****省新增报告1785例登革热病例。**截至目前，2024年未报告死亡病例。
其中，本地病例1775例，分布在佛山453例、广州439例、深圳222例、湛江112例、中山91例、珠海71例、东莞53例、清远45例、云浮38例、江门35例、肇庆28例、惠州27例、汕头26例、韶关25例、阳江20例，梅州、汕尾各17例，茂名、潮州各16例，揭阳13例、河源11例；输入病例10例，分布在广州5例、东莞2例、珠海，惠州、揭阳各1例（按照现住址统计）。
2024年以来全球登革热疫情形势严峻流行强度显著超过历年同期水平。

目前登革热没有特效药，The focus of treatment is to control pain with painkillers, typically using acetaminophen (paracetamol).
要Avoid using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen and aspirin, as they increase the risk of bleeding.
典型登革热致死率低于1%，但如果不及时治疗，拖成重症，致死率超过20%。
所以，无论病情轻重，及时就医！及时就医！及时就医！就是最好的应对方法。

登革病毒分为4种血清型，感染一种登革病毒，不代表对其他登革病毒免疫。
因此Secondary infection may occur, and the risk of severe illness is high after secondary infection.
一般来说，第一次感染，大多数人症状不严重，康复后会对该种血清型登革热产生免疫抗体。
但之后还可能感染另一种血清型登革病毒，之前感染后所产生的抗体，不仅不能作为另一种登革病毒的保护，反而还可能使第二次感染后重症风险大大增加，May lead to severe conditions, potentially resulting in shock, organ failure, etc.
登革热病毒对心脏、肝脏、肾脏等各个器官都可以造成伤害，甚至可以突破大脑屏障。

① Clean up stagnant water at home.

• Aquatic plants need to have their water changed and bottles cleaned regularly (at least once a week);
• Do not leave standing water in the plant pot tray;
• Promptly clean and remove standing water from air conditioning units, water dispensers, and other trays;
• Used containers should be placed in covered trash bins or inverted in a weatherproof location.

② Keep ventilated and dry.

• Open windows for ventilation, avoid dampness, and maintain a clean and hygienic home.

③ Install screen doors and windows

• Spraying insecticide on the screen windows yields better results!

④ Hang up the mosquito net

• Mosquito repellent products containing DEET, IR3535, picaridin, or oil of lemon eucalyptus can also be used.

⑤ Use mosquito and insect repellent products

• The preferred options for household mosquito control include electric mosquito-repellent liquid, electric mosquito-repellent tablets, and electric mosquito swatters.

• If using insecticide spray, do not spray directly on bedsheets or clothing. Store dishes before spraying, close windows and doors after spraying, and wait for an hour before opening windows to ventilate. Only enter the room after the fumes have dissipated.
