1) Scope of application:
1. Replace or transform the main fan of the mine;
2. Comprehensive or local changes have occurred in the mine mining system;
3. Changes in the ventilation system after the tunnel is connected;
4. Adjustment of the entire mine ventilation system;
5. During mine anti-wind operation;
6. When a disaster occurs in the mine;
7. The new project or mining face is completed.
8. Treatment of local gas accumulation in the underground.
2) Approval procedures for air volume adjustment:
the first:Plans will be formulated by the Ventilation Section;
the second:After review by the technical director;
the third:The Ventilation Section is responsible for implementation.
3) Organization and management:
1. Establish an organization, with the main person in charge of the mine as the team leader. The ventilation section chief, safety ventilators, air measurers, and gas inspectors jointly form the air adjustment organization. The mine manager is responsible for command, the ventilation section chief is responsible for ventilation dispatch, and the air measurers, safety ventilators and gas inspectors are specifically responsible for on-site adjustment.
2. The Ventilation Section is specifically responsible for the daily air volume configuration and air volume adjustment management and implementation of the entire mine.
4) Safety measures:
1. For local air volume adjustment, the ventilation department shall propose a plan and submit it to the technical director for review before implementation;
2. When changes occur in the mine system or the mining plan is implemented, safety measures and plans for air volume adjustment must be formulated. After review, the Ventilation Department is responsible for implementing them.
3. When a disaster or gas accumulation occurs in a mine, it is urgently needed to deal with it and requires adjustment. The on-site gas inspector on duty should report to the dispatch room in a timely manner, and the on-duty leader should immediately make the air adjustment decision. The on-site gas inspector is responsible for on-site adjustments provided that other air uses are not affected.
4. Planned underground air regulation must be strictly implemented in accordance with the air regulation measures; temporary air regulation must be notified to on-site personnel, and the gas inspector will monitor the on-site air volume and gas.
5. At the same time, after the air volume is adjusted, the air measurer must measure the air on site and make records. At the same time, gas inspection should be carried out to ensure that after adjustment, other operating points will not be affected or gas exceeded limit.
Safety measures for reverse air of main fan
1. The principle of anti-wind:
1. Anti-wind can be carried out for annual anti-wind exercises or anti-wind experiments. 2. Due to underground gas accidents, fire accidents, etc., disaster relief requires counter-wind.

2. Regulations on anti-wind operation:
1. When conducting anti-wind drills or conducting anti-wind experiments on wind turbines, temporary anti-wind safety measures must be formulated. The temporary safety measures state the date, time, participants, person in charge, anti-wind operators and their division of labor.
2. The change from negative pressure ventilation to positive pressure ventilation to the restoration of negative pressure ventilation is required to be completed within 10 minutes. When the wind is reversed, the underground power supply is cut off and underground production is stopped.
3. The anti-wind drill (experimental) work is under the responsibility of the technical leader, the mine manager will command it in a unified manner, and the fan driver will operate it.
4. Before reversing the wind, measure the air volume data of the underground inlet and return air and the main ventilation roadway, close the reversing damper, and wait until the air flow is stable, measure the reverse air volume data of the underground inlet and return air and the main ventilation roadway. If the measured mine reverse air volume is equal to or greater than 40% of the negative pressure air volume, it means that the reverse air volume is successful.
5. After the anti-wind work is completed, negative pressure ventilation will be restored immediately, and two tile inspectors will be arranged to inspect the gas situation at each wind location underground. Only when they confirm that there are no safety hazards and the gas concentration is within the specified range can they be notified to the underground. Power supply will be restored section by section.
6. Before resuming excavation ventilation, check that the gas concentration in the airflow 10 meters near the fan does not exceed 0.5%. The digging head is inspected from the outside to the inside and the gas concentration does not exceed 1%. Only then can the local fan be manually activated.
7. If the gas concentration in the parking area exceeds 1%, or the carbon dioxide concentration exceeds 1.5%, and the maximum gas concentration and carbon dioxide concentration exceed 3%, the airflow must be controlled and emissions must be limited.
8. The driver for anti-wind operation follows the command of the technical person in charge. After the fan stops running, the main ventilation mechanism is switched on and replaced to positive pressure ventilation, and the fan is started. After the anti-wind work is completed, the switch is reversed to restore negative pressure ventilation.
9. After the anti-wind work is completed, notify relevant personnel to resume work, and make anti-wind records and fan start and stop records.
